What to say

If you want to book a session

Tell us your venue and town, roughly how many people you expect, and a couple of dates that would work. The host page has the full list of what is useful to include.

If you want to volunteer

Sign-ups go through a form rather than email, so we do not lose anyone.

Open the volunteer form (new tab)

If you want a session somewhere we do not go yet

Email us anyway. We keep a list of the places people ask about, and it is how we decide where to start next.

If you want to attend a session

Email us with your town and we will tell you when the next one near you is happening.

Please do not email us account details

If you are writing to us about a scam, please do not include account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords in your message. We do not need them, and email is not a safe place to put them.

If you think you have been scammed and money has moved, call your bank first — that is more urgent than emailing us. Our guide has the steps.

Why there is no contact form

We teach people to be careful about typing personal details into web pages. It would be strange to then ask you to do exactly that. A plain email address is easier to trust, and it works on every device.
